How Do We Determine Delivery Times?

Delivery times are determined based on the carrier selected and the following parameters:

  • Orders placed before the cutoff time will be processed the same day, provided they meet the handling time requirements.

  • Orders placed after the cutoff time will be processed on the next business day.

Handling Time

  • Days: 0-3 business days.

  • Orders are fulfilled Monday through Friday.

  • Handling time refers to the time required to prepare your order for shipment after it is placed.

Transit Time

  • Days: 4-7 business days.

  • Shipments are transported Monday through Friday.

  • Transit time is the period required for the carrier to deliver the order to your address after pickup.

Total Delivery Time

The total estimated delivery time is the sum of the handling time and transit time. Based on this, most customers can expect their orders within 4-10 business days. Delivery times may vary due to public holidays or unforeseen delays.
