PROCESSING TIMES

For all orders placed through www.rxrprotect.us, please allow 3 to 4 business days for handling, in most cases we will ship your order next day or the following business day.

SHIPPING SCHEDULE

We ship 5 days week, Monday - Friday 10:00 am – 2:30 pm EST. All orders placed after 2:30 pm EST will not ship until the following business day.

SHIPPING POLICY

Orders for in-stock items placed before 2:30 pm EST, usually ship the next business day. Customers will receive an email or SMS/text notification with tracking information once their order has shipped.

FREE SHIPPING

All orders are shipped free. 

ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES

All orders ship via ground using UPS/DHL/FedEx as its carriers to the continental United States. Estimated transportation times are below
 
Eastern US:       1-2 business days
Midwest:             2-4 business days
Western US:       3-5 business days
 
Business day means Monday through Friday, except the following holidays: New Year’s Eve, New Year's Day, Thanksgiving Day, the day after Thanksgiving, Fourth of July, Christmas Eve (added), Christmas Day, Labor Day and Memorial Day.

The total estimated delivery time is the sum of the handling time and transit time. Based on this, most customers can expect their orders within 4-10 business days. Delivery times may vary due to public holidays or unforeseen delays.
